Four Happiness Friday

What a week this has been!

1. My parents visit :)  They rolled into town on Sunday afternoon and parked their RV in our driveway.  It was nice to have them with us for a few days while still having our own space.  It was the absolute best of both worlds.  Basically, I had my cake and ate it too!  I have been the worst and not taken a single picture during their visit BUT I stole these ones from my mom :) 

Natalie has her 18 month well visit this afternoon so I took the whole day off so that we could spend it with my parents.  We have big plans for a picnic at the park with Michelle and Tim :)  They are here through next Friday so I am trying to soak in as much as possible since this could be the only time we see them this year.

2. Private YouTube channel. So a couple weeks ago I was in love with being able to privately upload videos to Google drive. However, I have fallen out of love with it. It takes forever to upload the videos and sometimes they won't upload at all. I recently learned that YouTube has private channels. I can safely upload all of my Nat videos and keep them private.  This also allows me to create a video library for her to - an idea that I am excited to be stealing from Megan at Willow and Co. She has a video collection of her mom reading books that she can play for her daughter. Obsessed. What a genius idea.

3. Memorial Day goodies.  Target $1 section for the win.  I found the cutest stemless wine glasses, paper straws and sunnies.  I love that this stuff is absolutely perfect for summer and 4th of July too :)  

4. My car.  Monday my car was evaluated from that little fender bender and it was about $900 in damage.  Not too shabby for something I wasn't even sure had really happened.  Anyways, I had to drop my car off at the shop on Tuesday and they gave me a rental.  It was a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra with XM radio, less then 2200 miles and it still smelled like new car. I could not wait to get rid of it.  I missed my car.  I am so happy to have it back!
